The health and well-being of our audience members, musicians, and staff are our highest priority. Although the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts is closed to the public, the orchestra and administration continue to explore options that allow performances to be shared with the public. We will continue to provide updates as circumstances change.

Ticket Exchange and Donation Options*
Indicate how you would like to address tickets to canceled performances below. Your request will be processed by a member of the Ticket Office, who will contact you with confirmation. All exchange fees will be waived.
- Donate your tickets and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value.
- Exchange your tickets into any Masterworks, Pops, or Coffee concert in the 2020/21 season. Must be exchanged by December 31, 2020. All exchange fees will be waived.
