Strategic plan

The Jacksonville Symphony's Strategic Plan sets an ambitious agenda through June 2026 while aligning the business model with the needs of a premiere orchestra in a region experiencing tremendous growth.

Emerging from the pandemic, this plan sets out an agenda of investment in the Jacksonville Symphony and its programming; an embrace of Community Impact as the cornerstone of the Orchestra's growth and development; and a commitment to acquire the financial resources necessary to enhance the Orchestra's already high-quality service to its community while building financial sustainability.

The Strategic Plan lays out a path to balance innovative and traditional programming, grow the Orchestra's audience, expand music education, cultivate supporters, and recruit volunteers for long-term engagement.

The Strategic Plan provides tools to track progress - and to make adjustments in the ever-changing environment that all orchestras find themselves in.
