Strategic plan

The Jacksonville Symphony's Strategic Plan sets an ambitious agenda through June 2031 while aligning the business model with the needs of a premiere orchestra in a region experiencing tremendous growth.

This plan sets out an agenda of investment in the Jacksonville Symphony, its artistic excellence and community impact; in creating transformative experiences; a commitment to financial sustainability enhancing the Orchestra's already high-quality service to its community and an initiative to build and maintain visionary leadership.

The Strategic Plan lays out a path to be a visible cultural leader in Jacksonville, enhance patron loyalty and engagement, expand music education and musical access, cultivate supporters and enhance facilities and infrastructure.

The Strategic Plan provides tools to track progress— and to make adjustments in the ever-changing environment that all orchestras find themselves in.
