What do you want patrons of the Symphony to know about you?
I come to the Jacksonville Symphony after eight years with the Orlando Philharmonic.

What would you be doing if you weren’t a professional musician?
I am interested in a lot of other things but I am most fascinated by medicine and the law. I could see myself working in one of those professions.

What do you do in your spare time?
Practice. I also like to play golf and work out at Orange Theory.

What has been your favorite moment on stage?
I really enjoyed my first concert in the Jacksonville Symphony– Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony. It’s a very important piece for clarinetists. One of my all-time favorite concert experiences was playing excerpts from Strauss’ opera “Rosenkavalier” with Andris Nelsons and the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra.

Who is your favorite composer?
Brahms
