and service standards in its facilities


  • Upgrade patron spaces to heighten our audience’s passion for and enjoyment of symphonic music
  • Renovate second floor areas for audience, artistic and administrative purposes

Foster a culture of employee and volunteer development, empowerment, satisfaction and value


  • Recuit, develop, engage and empower employees and volunteers, and provide them with the necessary resources to excel at their jobs
  • Create opportunities for boardm musicians and staff to come together to foster an exceptionally positive cultural ecosystem that shares a unified goal
