Create, manage and realize annual operating budgets
that support the Symphony’s growth
- Increase annual fund contributions to exceed $5 million, raising $25 million by 2020
- Raise an additional $25 million by 2020 for special projects, capital improvements and capacity building
Mirror the organization’s artistic, engagement
and service standards in its facilities
- Upgrade patron spaces to heighten our audience’s passion for and enjoyment of symphonic music
- Renovate second floor areas for audience, artistic and administrative purposes
Foster a culture of employee and volunteer development, empowerment, satisfaction and value
- Recuit, develop, engage and empower employees and volunteers, and provide them with the necessary resources to excel at their jobs
- Create opportunities for boardm musicians and staff to come together to foster an exceptionally positive cultural ecosystem that shares a unified goal
