Since the early 1950s, The Guild of the Jacksonville Symphony Association has worked to fulfill the goals of its founders "to further an awareness of music and to create strong community support of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra through fundraising projects."

The Symphony Guild orchestrates a variety of fundraising events throughout the year, including the Designer Showhouse, Picnic at the Pops, Music for Your Eyes-Painted Violins and the Holiday Boutique. The Guild is proud to be the Jacksonvile Symphony's largest volunteer contributor.

Music education and community programs are at the heart of The Guild’s service to the First Coast community. In addition to programs such as Scholarships for the JSYO and Docent Training Programs, our Instrument Zoo classroom visits, Musical Safari teaching booklets and Harmony Grant awards are designed to supplement music education in our schools and provide an exposure to – and appreciation of – orchestral music.

Volunteers for any of these programs are always in demand. We invite you to learn more by joining us in membership, friendship, and support of the Jacksonville Smphony Orchestra. To that end, call or email the Guild office at (904) 358-1479 to share your time and to learn more about The Guild and its programs. To volunteer for the Guild's Instrument Zoo, contact Terree Hays at 646-1123, or email terreehays@gmail.com.
