Opportunities for adults and children to experience the Symphony together are a valuable resource for building appreciation for music. These programs include: Family Concerts, Community Concerts, Soundcheck Cards, Student Rush and Discounted Tickets for Children.
Family Series Concerts
JSO Family Concerts are designed for children and adults of all ages as a great introduction to the orchestra. Unique performances in collaboration with leading children’s theatrical and dance groups are presented on Sunday afternoons. An hour of pre-concert activities including the Symphony Guild’s Instrument Zoo start at 2:00pm before the concert.

Sound Check Cards
The Sound Check Card is the student pass to the Jacksonville Symphony. For $25, the Sound Check Card offers student age 25 and under access to Masterworks, Friday Fusion and Coffee concerts for an entire season. First Coast Nutcracker
Through the combination of Tchaikovsky’s engaging music played Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra illustrated with lively choreography, noted guest artists, beautiful costumes and fabulous sets contribute to a grand introduction to classical music and dance for young people and quality entertainment for adults. Four full-length performances will be offered in the Moran Theater on December 16, 17 and 18.
