Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean - Orchestra with Film

4776Pirates_of_the_Caribbean.jpg

TWO SHOWS - Sat, Feb. 4, 2012 at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.

  • Matthew Kraemer, conductor

The film that began Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean" series will be screened in Jacoby Hall, with live accompaniment of the original soundtrack. In this screening of "Curse of the Black Pearl," the live orchestra heightens the impact of the film’s soaring and dramatic music. We hope you find this magical fantasy with Captain Jack Sparrow even more thrilling, as your Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra performs the live underscore of the original blockbuster film.

ALL CHILDREN'S SEATS: $10.

The Ancient City Privateers will be part of the festivites as they greet the audience with a Pirate's welcome!

Please note: this move is rated PG-13.

Presentation licensed by Disney Music Publishing and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, Non Theatrical © Disney.
