We celebrate Samuel Barber’s centennial in American style with his Piano Concerto featuring one of our country’s most gifted young artists, Terrence Wilson. The hypnotic power of Ravel’s Boléro is a feast of tonal color and Prokofiev’s score to Romeo and Juliet infuses passion and drama to the evening.
