FLORIDA BLUE MASTERWORKS SERIES

Anthony McGill, clarinet 

 

 

In addition to being Principal Clarinet of the New York Philharmonic, Anthony McGill is universally recognized as one of the classical music world’s finest solo, chamber and orchestral musicians. He has collaborated with Yo-Yo Ma, Lang Lang, Itzhak Perlman and has performed at presidential inaugurations and brings to Jacksonville Mozart’s most famous concerto. This program will also include Beethoven’s last “classical” symphony and Sibelius’ final masterpiece, the hauntingly beautiful seventh symphony.
